If you are having trouble viewing the online gallery, we have two suggestions.

Suggestions One, make sure that your internet browser is up to date. Your internet browser is the application that you use to search the internet such as Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.

Suggestion Two: If your browser is up to date and you are still experiencing difficulty, try clearing your cache. Directions for doing so are below:

Instructions for Clearing Internet Cache:

PC USERS - Internet Explorer:

1. Please open an Internet Explorer Browser Window, and select “Tools” in the upper left hand corner of the window.

2. Navigate down to the “Internet Options Tab”.

3. In the “Internet Options” window you should see the option to “Delete” Browsing History.

4. Select “Delete” and then go ahead and Delete your “Temporary Internet Files” and your “Cookies”.

5. Finally, please close all of your Internet Windows and then reopen them to apply the changes you have made.

MAC USERS - Safari:

1. Please navigate to your Safari menu in the upper left hand corner of your screen.

2. From the Safari menu, you will want to select “Empty Cache”.

3. Finally, please close all of your Internet Windows and then reopen them to apply the changes you have made.

MAC or PC Users - Mozilla Firefox:

1. Please open an Internet Explorer Browser Window, and select “Tools” in the upper left hand corner of the window.

2. Select Clear Recent History.

3. Click the Details button, and check the boxes next to Cache and Cookies (the others can remain unchecked).

4. Use the Time Range drop down menu to select Everything.

5. Click Clear Now.
